At Canadian Alpine Race Camps we incorporate decision training into every aspect of our coaching.
We believe that juvenile ski racers will only succeed in, or continue with the sport if there is a strong belief in themselves and their capabilities.
Our coaches use the Canadian Ski Coaches Federation recommended gates to free ski ratio to allow athletes to remain goal orientated and self motivated.
"Decision Training enables the coach to train athletes to make their own decisions for those critical moments in performance when the athlete must be able to act independently of the coaches’ instruction."
